| Directions | Steep specialty grains in 2 gallons of water for 30 minutes at 170 degrees. Remove grains, add 1 pound of extract, honey, and hops and boil for 45 minutes. Add remainder of extract and boil 15 minutes longer. Cool, transfer to fermentor, and top up to 5 gallons. Rehydrate and pitch yeast.
