Recipe Reviews
Type: Brewed this Beer
I brewed this beer a few weeks back and it has been bottle conditioning for 1 week. My taste test is based on the uncarbonated beer I took gravity from prior to bottling. If there are any updates once the beer has finished carbonating, I will edit my review as needed.
Even without carbonation it tastes amazing! very malty and you can really taste the complexity and variety of malts throughout.. not a whole lot of hop flavor, but then again I don't really think it should..
I don't have the best palate for beer reviews, I'm more of a "this tastes good!" or "this missed the mark" kinda guy.. that being said, this one turned out fantastic, I really love the recipe.. it's a simple ale that any beginner can brew, and it still has a complex flavor.. I can't wait until it's fully carbonated..
