Directions
Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes

-Add 8 oz. maltodextrin at 15 minutes
-Yeast nutrient added at 10 minutes 

No starter was used in this recipe, just the pack from Omega Yeast Labs.

-1 oz. Amarillo hops in dry hop for 5 days.

Fermentation
notes
Ferment for 5 days at 68-70 degrees, then dry hop with the Amarillo hops for 5 days, 7 at most.  

Tasting
notes
Fruity aroma.  Slight sweetness, citrusy and floral.  An IPA that can be enjoyed by those who don't like overly bitter beers.
