Can substitute any base malt for Belgian Pilsen
Can substitute wheat for spelt if you can't procure spelt malt
Can substitute Vienna Malt or Light Munich Malt if you can't procure MFB Special Aromatic
Adjust debittered black malt to achieve desired color (around ~ 1%), and substitute as desired with Carafa Special III, Blackprinz Malt, Belgian Debittered Black, or other debittered black malt
Mash at 158-160�°F
