Boil 60 minutes, adding a whirlfloc tablet at the end of the boil and clarity ferm when pitching yeast.

Ferment at 68 until final gravity is reached.

Tasting

Bolder than a normal Blonde ale, this recipe has definite hop and malt presence that brings it to the edge of what's acceptable for the style. I'm using both whirlfloc and clarity ferm because I don't have an acceptable way to add gelatin for clarity in the final product.
