Directions | I used a step mash starting at 145, then raising to 155 after 30 minutes. This is the exact same mash schedule as used by the Firestone Walker.

Tasting notes | Taste is extremely light, with a touch of grainy sweetness. The hop aroma is subdued because of small amount of hops used in the boil. If I were to brew it again I would probably add more hops and munich malt. |

* 12 oz Flaked Wheat (7.9%)

* .25 oz Willamette, 4 IBU @ 60 min (Boil) - 4.5% AA
* 2 oz Willamette, 12 IBU @ 15 min (Steep/whirlpool) - 4.5% AA
