DirectionsMash @ 154*F for 60 min.

All honey added after flame out to keep some of the flavor.
I also added 4 crushed lemon grass stalks right at flame out with the Lemon Drop Hops, looking for the citrusy, floral aroma and feel. used .5 tsp of Irish Moss @ 10 min for clarity.

notes
Fermented with US-05 for 30 days @ 66-68*F. Primed with corn sugar and bottled.

Tasting
notes
Taste notes: The aroma of lemon grass hits you in the face immediately. Taste and feel are dry, and citrusy, a little sweet, but not to much. More mead than ale on this one, but the malt is present and so are the hops.

After a while I've noticed that the lemon grass aroma and flavor fades with time. Drink it fresh!
