Directions
4 Liter Starter

.25 Irish Moss Boil 10 Min.
.50 Yeast Nutrient Boil 10 Min.

Mash in 150℉ 60 Minutes
Fly Sparge at 168℉



Fermentation
notes
Ferment 10 days at 48℉.

Three day ramp up to Diacetyl Rest at 66℉ for two days.

Ramp down to 30℉ over 5 days. 

Lager at 30℉ 45-60 days.
