Targets: Ca=55 ; Mg=15 ; Na=10 ; SO4=110 ; Cl=50 ; HCO3=45


Mash/Sparge

  • 148°F for 60 minutes with 5.625 quarts
  • Batch Sparge with 2 steps (1.375gal, 2.25gal) of 168°F water


Fermentation

Ferment at 67°F for 7 days.

Bottle condition for 30 days. Carbonation = 1.6 volumes
