Directions
Mash for 30 minutes @ 150. Cold spare with 2 gallons of water.

Fermentation
notes
Fermented at 50F, raising 1 degree per day until 65F. Held for 5 days @ 65F. Chilled to 35F over a period of 4 days, added gelatin and held for 4 days before kegging.
