DirectionsMash in at 148 degrees for 60 mins. Drain to boil kettle. Add 168 degree sparge.
Hand whirlpool hops for 20 mins. Immersion chiller took 7 minutes to get wort to ground temperature. Added 4 oz of dry hop to the keg for 5 days.

Fermentation

Held at 66 degrees for 8 days, increased to 72 degrees for 3 days. Dropped down to 32 degrees for 2 days to cold crash.

Tasting
notes
Medium bodied, in your face citrus and tangerine notes, smoth bitterness to follow.
