DirectionsMashed at 150 F for 60 mins. 1.25 grist ratio. Batch Sparge.

Half whirfloc tablet at 10 min.

Add 1.5 whole tablets of Ibarra or Abuelita Mexican Hot Chocolate at 5 mins before end of boil. Expect a bump in gravity from the sugar in the Chocolate tablets.

Ferment at 64 F.

Inky black color with a wonderful tan head. Chocolate is in the forefront of the aroma. Taste is roastiness, into malt and slight coffee notes, leading into a sweet chocolate finish, but not cloying.
