DirectionsMash in 4.6 gallon @ 154 degrees F. for 75 min
Fly Sparge with 5.3 gallon @178 degrees F.
Boil 60 min
Cool to 80 degrees F. Whirlpool 20 min
Cool to 65 Degrees F
Airate and pitch 2 liter starter

ferment at 65 degrees F. for 4 days before adding first dry hop just after primary fermentation begins to subside. follow hopping schedule and then bottle with 4 priming tabs. Bottle condition three weeks.
