Directions
Temp Mash, 1 Step, Light body.

Mash in at 148F for 75 min.

Batch sparge at 168F.

60 minute boil. Crash cooled with wort chiller to 60F.

5-6 Days Diacytel Rest in primary @ 55F
20 Days lagered at 40F 

Lagered in the primary for this batch (that won), but will likely lager in a keg the next batch to make carbing and drinking easier, rather than wasting more beer trying to keep sediment out racking to a keg after lagering.

Very clean, pretzel flavor, crisp, mild bitterness, mild aroma.
