Fermentation notes | I do not use a secondary fermenter. I fermented in the primary at around 62-65F for 20 days. I then used 3.2 ounces of priming sugar for the 4.75 gallons of beer.
|
|
Tasting notes | I get a nice malty, caramelly aroma. I taste a caramel-maltiness, with toasted bread and nuttiness as well. Decent off-white head, with low retention.
