DirectionsMash for 90 minutes at 152°F.

Wyeast Weihenstephan 3068 with starter.

Some form of Hallertau hops to at least 10 IBUs with the ratio of 75% @ 45 mins and 25% @ 15 mins.

Ferment at 68Ã°F for 10 days then cold crash and keg or bottle to 3.0 volumes.  Recommend using a blow off tube, this tends to ferment very vigorously.

This beer has a nice balance of wheat and fruity notes with just enough spice character. Low-medium mouthfeel with a nice foamy white head. Very easy to drink, and would be great during the summer.

CreditsI most definitely cannot take credit for this awesome recipe. EdWort is the mastermind, and the original thread can be found here. There are many reviews and pictures posted in the thread.
