Hi friends!
My name is Mike. My friends in the brewing world call me Stauff, which is short for my last name "Stauffer"... I'm a home brewer from El Paso, TX.
I love craft beer and brewing. Due to some health concerns, I'm cutting back on drinking and brewing, but not quitting by any means.
