If I wanted to brew one to enter in the AHA NHC what category would you think it should fall under for an IPA? I am looking at the BJCP guidelines but really can't see fitting it into a specialty IPA category. 21A says for appearance hazy is acceptable but I would not think cloudy. Should it go 34C experimental beer? What you say?
