Greetings everyone!
Another homebrewing Dad here!
I use an Igloo cooler with 12" false bottom, 9 gallon Bayou Burner kettle (w/ ball valve), and a 3/8" copper coil wort chiller.
Works really well for me, I brew about once a month maybe twice if a friend is in town. Usually a beer once a month and a hard cider once every 3 months.
Most recent brews are a Pal Ale Malt and Aussie Galaxy Smash (4.1% ABV and 100 IBU's give or take) and an Amber Ale (w/ a touch of rye) and 3 different hops (Cascade Centennial and I'm-drawing-a-blank-on-the-third)
