Names james but folks call me tex I'm new to homebrew.
Been doing a lot of reading and I'm thinking of buying my first setup from northern brewer but I'm open to other opinions if anyone would like to chime in. Im also undecided on keging or botteling. Thanks y'all

Welcome! Fellow Bama brewer here (Birmingham area).
Get a good starter kit, as it should contain everything you need (save a big pot) to get going.
Three years in, I still don't keg, nor do I plan to... but some folks view bottling as the devil. Kegging definitely raises your price point.
