So my LHBS doesn't have brett on hand and there next order isn't for another week, so I ventured down to the local grocer to see what I could find in the way of a brett beer.  Unfortunately here in PA we have a poor selection when it comes to getting decent beer so I had to kinda scout around for a while, and I came across a 4 pack of Monks Cafe Flemish Sour Ale.  Any one no if this is a good choice for dregs to add?  I can wait and just order the brett through the LHBS but it'll be a few weeks till i get it.

I might have a friend that can hook you up with some dregs from a starter wort he keeps around for his sour program. The dregs will have lots of bugs... Not  going know which specifically are there... But lots of Lacto, Pedro and various Brett strains and some sac. PM me.

Thought I'd come back and report a little on this one for those of you interested.

It's actually not terrible!

In fact I would dare say its pretty palatable at this point.  And its not sour either.  Which kinda surprised me given the amount of raspberries I used.  I've since moved the batch into a few growlers filled to the brim and added some oak cubes.  I figure its the beginning of my wild bug program.

So it turns out theres definitely hope for this batch.  Just gotta give it some time!
