Even with clubs and family I can barely get through 5 gallons fast enough. I can even fathom 10 or 20 gallons.

I think that 10 or 20 gallons is like 5 gallons, only more.

I wish i had the setup to do 10 gallons at a time just for what i drink (because im lazy, and a lot of what i drink is pretty standard pale ale). it'd give me more time to do 'special' batches that i dont normally brew.
Its just without figuring out if i have the electricity in the basement to run at least partially electric, i have no way of boiling that amount :(

I blow through 10 gallons in 2-3 week fairly regularly.

Brewing every 2-3 weeks would be a tad too little for me at this stage of the game. I have little experience with most styles and would prefer to brew every 1-2 weeks until I get recipes and styles down. Besides, I don't consume as much as you do.....
